Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with DuskDrive™. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many countries across Europe.
The complete, up-to-date list is shown at checkout: if your country appears in the shipping options at checkout, we deliver there. If your country does not appear, we are unable to ship to that destination at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
We process orders within 2-3 business days of the date your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. We'll send a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Delivery Time
After processing, your order is delivered within an estimated 5-7 business days.
Total estimated time, from order to doorstep: about 7-10 business days (processing + delivery combined).
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. See "Delays & Issues" below for factors that can affect timing.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping: a flat USD $5.95 per order.
- FREE shipping on every order of USD $90 or more.
Your exact shipping cost is always calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
5. International Orders: Customs & Import Duties
For orders delivered outside the United States, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our product prices or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can check your delivery status at any time by clicking the link in that email, or by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order. If you can't find the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@duskdrive.com.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us at support@duskdrive.com as soon as possible. We can only update or cancel an order before it has entered processing - once processing has begun, we are unable to make changes.
Because orders are processed within 2-3 business days, please reach out quickly. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled - you may instead return it under our Refund and Return Policy.
8. Delays & Issues
We work hard to deliver every order within the estimated time frame. Some factors, however, are outside our control and may occasionally delay an order, including:
- High order volume during peak seasons, holidays, and sales events
- Carrier delays
- Customs clearance on international orders
- Severe weather and other unforeseen events
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
If your order is significantly past its estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@duskdrive.com and we'll help track it down.
9. Undelivered Packages
Occasionally a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us or held by the carrier. How we resolve it depends on the reason:
If delivery failed through no fault of your own (for example, the package is confirmed lost in transit or mishandled by the carrier): contact us at support@duskdrive.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once confirmed, arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
If delivery failed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package went unclaimed or was refused: contact us and we can arrange redelivery. Because we have already paid to ship the order, redelivery requires a new shipping fee. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the price of the product, minus the original shipping cost.
To help us resolve any delivery problem quickly, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
