1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes an estimated 5-7 business days. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days in total from the moment you place your order to it arriving at your doorstep.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $5.95 USD per order to all our delivery destinations. We also offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders over USD $90 or more.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 90 return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@duskdrive.com to initiate a return.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed in US Dollars (USD).

6. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@duskdrive.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
