Returns & Refunds Policy
At DuskDrive™, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how to return an item, when you qualify for a refund, and how refunds are processed.
1. Return Window
You may request a change-of-mind return within 90 days of the date your order is delivered. This 90-day window does not limit your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described - see Section 5.
2. Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it;
- In its original packaging, with all original tags attached and including any accessories, manuals, or parts it came with;
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
You are welcome to carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets your expectations, just as you would in a physical store. However, if a returned item shows signs of use, wear, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, or decline the return.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@duskdrive.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including the address to ship the item to. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.
Looking to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If your return is the result of a fault on our part - a defective, damaged, or incorrect item - we cover the return shipping cost. See Section 5.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at support@duskdrive.com within a reasonable time of delivery. We will ask you to return the item, and we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost.
Once we receive the returned item, you will be offered a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid on the original order. This is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept a return when:
- The request is made more than 90 days after delivery;
- The item is not in its original, unused condition, or accessories are missing;
- Proof of purchase cannot be provided.
These conditions do not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer or payment provider - their processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@duskdrive.com.
